By eliminating unnecessary packaging, advertising and prestige pricing that designer brands do, we managed to focus all our efforts on the quality of the fragrance and on delivering the much better luxury scent, for a fraction of the price.

They are designed to be very long lasting, just like designer fragrances, in some cases even longer, depending on the composition.

This depends only on your usage habits. On average a 50ml bottle, used one time a day, lasts about 1 to 2 months.

Currently, we only ship in Pakistan.

Shipping costs PKR 300/- per single order of less than PKR 5000/- However, shipping is free when you buy more than two products on the same shipping address.

You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please follow the return process if you wish to return the product.

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship. Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. Orders placed after 3.00 PM PST are processed the next business day. All orders are shipped from our warehouse, so depending on where you are located, it can take between 4-5 business days to arrive. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive another email with your shipping consignment number.

At the time of delivery, we allow the recipient to fully inspect the product within the courier parcel. In case of a defect, damage, or mismatch with the ordered product, the recipient must not accept the delivery and return the undelivered product immediately. If the product is accepted, no claims regarding damages, defects, or mismatches will be entertained. No claims for damage or defects will be accepted after the product has been fully examined and accepted at the time of delivery.

Parfum Parfum, also known as extrait de parfum or pure perfume, has the highest fragrance concentration. Parfum will contain anywhere from 15% to 40% fragrance however concentration is generally between 20% to 30% for most parfums. Of all scents, parfums last the longest; usually six to eight hours. Parfum generally also commands the highest price of all the fragrance types due to the high concentration of fragrance. People with sensitive skin may do better with parfums as they have far less alcohol than other fragrance types and therefore are not as likely to dry out the skin. de Parfum After parfum, eau de parfum (EDP) has the next highest concentration of fragrance. Eau de parfum generally has a fragrance concentration of between 15% and 20%. On average, eau de parfum will last for four to five hours. It is also generally less expensive that parfum and while it does have a higher concentration of alcohol than parfum, it is better for sensitive skin than other fragrance types. Eau de parfum is one of the most common fragrance types and is suitable for everyday wear. Eau de Toilette Eau de toilette (EDT) has a fragrance concentration of between 5% and 15%. It is cheaper than eau de parfum and is one of the most popular types of fragrance available. EDT fragrance will normally last for two to three hours. Eau de toilette is considered by some to be for daywear while eau de parfum is considered nightwear. The term eau de toilette came from the French term “faire sa toilette” which means getting ready. Eau de Cologne Eau de cologne, or EDC, has a much lower concentration of fragrance than the above types of perfume. EDC generally has a 2% to 4% percent concentration of fragrance and a high concentration of alcohol. It is cheaper than other types of fragrance however the scent generally only lasts for up to two hours. EDC generally comes in bigger bottles and more of the fragrance needs to be used. Originally eau de cologne referred to a traditional recipe that used herb and citrus notes with little anchoring with base notes. Eau Fraiche Eau fraiche is similar to eau de cologne in that the scent will generally last for up to two hours. Eau fraiche has an even lower concentration of fragrance than eau de cologne, normally only 1% to 3%. While eau fraiche has a low fragrance concentration, it does not contain a high amount of alcohol. Along with the fragrance, the remainder of eau fraiche is mostly water. Along with the types of perfume listed above, there are mists, aftershaves, and other types of fragrances available. Higher end fragrances can cost a significant amount of money so doing research beforehand will ensure that you get the type of fragrance you are looking for. Along with fragrance types there are also fragrance notes which determine the final scent.

It is recommended to keep perfumes away from direct heat or light and avoid subjecting them to drastic changes in temperature.

We recommend applying your perfume on pulse points (neck, wrists, behind ears etc) or simply spritz in the air and walk through so that the scent can envelop you. For more tips and tricks and application methods you can check our Blog section.

We accept returns and exchanges for products purchased from our online store under the following conditions: Return Initiation Period Customers must initiate a return request within 10 (ten) days from the date of delivery of the product. It is mandatory to provide proof of purchase from our official website by submitting the invoice, which must clearly display the purchase details, including the price and other relevant information. Condition of Returned Items The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. In the event that the product has been tested or partially used, it may still be eligible for return only if the liquid contents of the perfume bottle remain at 99% or more of the original perfume volume, and the product is returned in its original packaging. Any depletion exceeding 1% will render the product ineligible for return. Shipping and Handling Costs All costs associated with shipping, handling, and returning the product shall be borne solely by the customer.

To initiate a return: Please reach out to our customer care team at care@muatar.com and submit a Return Request within 10 days of delivery of the product. Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. Return Shipment: After receiving the RA number, carefully pack the product and return it. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Inspection of Return: Upon receipt, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria (unused, original packaging, and at least 99% of the original perfume volume remaining).

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you must first return the original item as outlined above. Once the return is processed, you may place a new order for the desired product. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

If your return meets all conditions, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the product purchased price. Refunds will be processed within 15 working / business days after the return is approved. Please note: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping, handling, and return shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds apply only to the product cost, not to any additional charges like shipping.
